Hello guy, if you are stuck on step 158 like me, and you are not able to show the video to rebecca there is a solution i found :

upload your save on saveeditonline.com and edit this variables :
- homework = 3
- rebscr = 30

Download the save modified save file and put it on your folder, restart the game.

Now Janice squirts the whisky out of her ass on Danielle's and Jason's faces.

Whiskey bottle is highlightable, but nothing happend either with my own route or 'Complete 0.23 Rough Billy path' savefile.
Is there any solution?

You did nothing wrong and it's not the save, it's a bug in the game, should be fixed in the next update.
