there is no "save" file as far as i know, since you can edit the variables in the registry and start from there, at least that's what I did

Have you shown the video to Billy? Make sure you go to her during the right couch scene, you have to talk to her when she is reading her phone, not when she is crying. Try standing outside her room from around 18:00 to 20:00 (I think, its evening anyway)

Im always getting the crying couch scene, the reading phone was early in the game for me, ive never seen it again weird
