Janice's tattoo was done with a regedit hack. I don't believe it has been implemented in the game yet.(maybe in next update).
This is how I did it. "jantrim" determines the look of her pussy. Open regedit- change decimal value of "jantrim" as follows:

0 = no hair
1 = normal hair
2 = more hair
3 = patch of hair
4 = stripe of hair
5 = tattoo
Dsconstructor has compiled a list of variables for his cheat menu app which closely follows the regedit method I use. This list has helped me with the meaning of many of the keys and their integers.
There are many other options here that are not possible from gameplay. One interesting key (not currently working, maybe in a future release) is for additional tattoos.

Well i do not know if you play the v0.22 but if you play the new update, you can see that Jason say to Janice that he do not wanna see her do thing with John lol to much J XD
The first time Janice say something like, if john is not her who pay the bill? So Jason say yeah.
Then after... there is another conversation between Jason and Janice, where Jason ask Janice to divorce to John. If i am not wrong! Please guys if someone know the exact words correct me. But i think that Jason say divorce. Anyway, Janice say something like, I understand how you fill, me too miss you when John is at home. But for now the thing need to go like this, we need him for the bills. But perhaps in future...

So i think that the autor sooner or later give us the choice. For now i think is impossible KsT just add John XD

So surelly the divorce thing is some sort of event. I mean something like the birthday present. Where Jason and Janice go to a restaurant. But i think that before the divorce happen, kst need to give us something that gives us a default income only for the house and for the bills. Something like a ticket that scratches and wins a loot of money. Where Janice can say with that money the house and the bills are not a problem. (ofc that thing is only for the house. Jason do not obten any money). After i think that the cospiracy start. Jason speak to Julia, Julia with Janice... again how many J, kst use in this family XD anyway as i say the three family member do a cospiracy plan and... well i use partial of you plan muttdoggy XD
Something like julia seduce John while Janice are secretly hidden somewhere. John start to touch and when he try to fuck Julia, Janice enter the room and stop them XD say something like... John wtf! She is you daughter! Look the funny cliche janice fuck jason. But in this case the thing go really bad XD after... John is not much anymore a problem! Divorce time.
But perhaps i am running to much, because in some way i do not think that julia or janice are so evil XD

Oh man i am not good with variable thing XD But at last now we know that in some way in a new update there are tatoo to add. But i think that this tatoo is only for the aunt. But if the tatoo can add also on Janice, i think that the heart with Jason inside i surelly add it on her XD
Also the hair! Oh man how i want Janice with the same hair the aunt have! But with blonde color! So exciting!
The only problem with that is... if there are tatoo with jason name, that mean... that kst do not give us any possibility to chance Jason name I really want to change the mc name.

For now there is no way to remove Dad XD
But do not warry he is not a evil man XD i mean he just sleep with janice.
If you go on the first page of the thread, you can find a walkthrough. You can see how advanced in the story.
Anyway the short answer is... speak with janice when she is on the couch, about dad. After try to fuck her in her bad at night, but something go wrong. Next day when you return to school janice wait you in mc room. After speak with her again on the couch, secret meeting. Try to fuck her in the bathroom at night around 2:00 but... again something go wrong.
Next day go to Kelly and speak with her about sleeping pils. After she give you the pils.
Go back at home. Around the 20:00 you can find Dad on the couch looking tv. He ask you for a beer, go in the kitchen pic a beer and put sleeping pils, give sleeping beer to dad. Now if you want you have two option
1) Fuck janice in her bed while john sleep behind her or...
2) Speak with janice on the couch and tell her secret meeting. (ofc for this you need to speak with her before dad at 20:00).

Anyway if you just wait istead of pic the sleeping pils form kelly after 7 day dad go away again... so you have an awesome surprise with janice and july. For better info look the walk at page 1

This is one of the top tier game on the forum! Grinding? yes and not, if you use the walk at page 1 you can use also cheat in the hallway. So you can raise states how you want. Ofc use them sparingly. See the event, then if you want continue to use cheat XD
Till now i almost never use cheat for relation point XD only for money, or to see the rought event XD or to put or remove tatoo from aunt XD

The window you have to use should highlight when you move the cursor over it, then click on it.
Just like with anything else we interact with that's not an on screen text prompt.

Rotate the camera round to look at the windows, and move the mouse cursor over them, from (your) right to the left. Click the one that lights up.

Does that mean before 17:00 or after? Not that it matter for my game, I can't seem to "help" her, whatever it means

To answer your last question first: What story? It does have an ultimate goal, but not really a story. Quests and actions follow through and come together. It progresses in a logical manner ( most of the time ) and holds your interest, but no one will ever win a literary award for a porn game.

As for the graphics, they are quite good, but what makes this game outstanding is the animations and the 360 degree player operated viewing angles with tilt, pan, and zoom. The dialog can be very good too!

I wouldn't call it "grind", It's more like quest - action - reaction - challenge - reward. I guess that IS the description of grind isn't it. Anyway if you read and follow the provided walkthrough instructions It's not difficult. If you get stuck, the in game cheat menu will help you.

My best guess for length of play would be 3 or 4 weeks if you play an hour or two each day. However this game is somewhat addictive, and you may play many more hours per day. I really can't say how long it will take, It depends on you.

I think this is an outstanding game, it's entertaining, has a few challenges, and will hold your interest for a long time.
Remember to follow the walkthrough to avoid problems.
