You start the game, and load a save game. It's that simple.

If there's no saves to load (even an autosave) then you've somehow managed to delete the saves between releases.

Skaldy's right, so unless you've deleted your saves for some reason, you just start the game and continue playing from either an autosave or choose a different save to load.
