Game has an auto save, but if you want to save maually, you have to save and quit, and then load from the main menu.

As always after the final release, it is time for the plans for the next update.
This time we will have some action at the hospital. I'd like to move things a bit more towards the main path of the game. It will involve some progression with Kendra, but she won't be the only one who will get new content.
One much requested scene finally will be updated, but I'm not gonna spoil which one
Also I've been thinking should I add more progression with Kendra or add Tattoo salon (which will come at some point anyways)
I just started the game but im stuck at step 30 of the walkthrough. If i want to chat with janice all i get is me asking if i can call her by her real name and she telling me to shut up. I can't aks about my parents

ah okay didnt know about auto save
and i saw the save&quit after i posted this lol i thought i did something wrong so i quitted through closing the game by closing the tab
I'm in no way the most experienced with Unity issues/crashes/freezes, but that 5700 series card is definitely holding things back. It's from 2009.
I would honestly say that you need to ditch that for something with at least 2GB RAM, instead of its 1GB.
I had a 5770 a long, long time ago (2010) and ditched it around 2013 for a GTX 560Ti, which was replaced with an MSI R9 270OC in 2015 (it came out in 2013 ).
The last card listed is still going, but it's been showing both its age and obsolescence since late last year.
Ultimately, you're well past time in upgrading your system's hardware, and The Twist is not even one of the most demanding 3D games shared to these forums.
Usually takes about a month for update. 0.28 will probably be out in 2-3 weeks.
I got Julia's score at 90 but I cant get the "Julia watching porn in the living room" to happen

go to sleep then wake up, skip 1 hour and you will be able to catch her in the living room watching porn, she will show up at 0:00, the way i did it was i went to sleep then i wake up and pull up the relations window to see where she it at, skip 1 hour to 0:00 and if she isn't in the living room, then i just go back to sleep and try the next night.
