Hey I have some trouble with Kira, Adrianna and Billys mom:

Billys mom wants me to get dumbells from Kevin, Kevin wants the key from Kira but Kira can't advance any further.

The guide says I need to watch kira and get inspired for adrianna to want to rp as a cheerleader or something, but I got that "inspiration" only once and back then I wasn't being able to bootycall Adrianna yet.
The guide also says I should hide somewhere to watch Kira, but there is nothing clickable?

All I can do with Adrianna is catch her as a sexy bandit and all i can do with Kira is talk to her and watch her shower.

Any Ideas? I mainly want to progress that I can get the key

-You need to speak to Kevin about Cheerleading practice.
-Then speak to Kira in the corridor about gaining access to the school on the weekend
-She'll ask you to pay $100 for key, pay her
-Go home to Jason's room and text Adriana, selecting "Cheerleader & jock".
-Then during the weekend go into the school at 16:00 onwards and take it from there.

Just a guide are you using, because there's no mention of inspiration in the developers walkthrough.

Would be fun if the creator also included something like a henchman for Jason.. so they can spitroast an dp the girls etc. Billy is not a very interesting caracter in my opinion. Still the best game around these days!

are we forced to play Billy rout? can i bypass it? i gave him that game ticket so he can play with other kids but he caught me pounding his mom and now i cannot proceed with Kira since fatass does not want to help me get to that fucking window at school.

Yes, the billy route is totally avoidable.
but unfortunately you getting caught with his mom, put a stop to that. As there's no way to get his forgiveness other than, well sharing mom with him.
The only way to fix it, is to load up a save before you start the Rachel route.

well i did give him the voucher from mail and never told him about Janice and the beach nor did i ever gave him the poster or cosplay photos. but did gave him photos of Janice at pool which was long time ago. so not sure why he showed up during sex scene with his mother and why he is angree at me and will not talk. should i buy that elf costume and take some pictures and give them to him? will fat fuck be satisfied with that or still demand to fuck Janice?

My post wasn't directed at you, it was correcting erroneous information.

As to Billy being mad with Jason for fucking his mother... He was fucking his mother.
The first time Billy catches them, he's pissed. Then you have to do the mandatory thing of the poster, and the cosplay photos.
The difference regarding Janice & cosplay in this instance, is that it doesn't lead to the purely optional choices of inviting Billy to take part in sexual shenanigans.

It's just like when doing a hardcore shoot at Lazzers.
After the first one, there's the option to let Kevin do the male role and fuck Julia, which leads to a threesome shoot option the next time. At no point do you have to let Kevin have sex with Julia, it's just purely at the player's discretion.

All that info is in the walkthrough for a reason.

Actually had to make a correction to my correction... Poorly worded with "including the Night Elf poster & cosplay photos", which made it seem like it locks out any involvement of Billy in those. Considering the poster & photos he asks for are those things, I made it look like those mandatory parts wouldn't happen.
Didn't notice it until seeing the quote, so a big thanks to you for that!

and regarding the lagging you mention
Can you say what system you have and list the specs
also have tried reducing the Graphics Quality (link below) and seeing if that helps. because I don't have that issue.
