From what I can find, which isn't much

It seems to be related to the graphics card, try updating or re-installing the graphics driver and see if that helps.

1. Grab a copy of Parallels
2. Install windows 7
3. Select the 3D game Profile in Parallels
4. Download the of The Twist 0.32
5. Unrar it and run the game
6. Game runs smoothly

Tested on Mac 10.14.4 Mojave

Thank you very much for your answer and the walkthrough. Thankfully you avoided the classic answer "why don't you play and see for yourself" which is a very valid one for a 0.1 or 0.2 but with a game of this size !

Can you use a spoiler tag to compact the error log, it's rather long.

it should be something like this
