Last updates really didn't tickle my fancy.. and so far i was a big fan of this game. It somehow is the same as with all the other games.. just add new characters noone asked for and/or do generic "sex scene of the update" stuff. It's boring and sad that things made, teased and promised in the beginning of the game are left out again and again.

I want more kinky stuff.. like.. finish implementing the Hospital with a male Gyno Doctor the MC can blackmail into doing what MC wants (checkups, sex, various forms of birth control, abortions) which will open the door for finally implementing impregnation/pregnancy with a simple fertility cycle for the women. When that's implemented...

..make the rest optional with routes so noone cries that they dont wanna see that content:

Yes, but the fact still remains that the author himself leaves purposely open the possibility you are her blood son. Not only that, but fuels that possibility with that "Oh- yeah" line, and the mystery of your actual mother (which, you are right, could be resolved other ways). It's not just fan speculation, that's my point

I even go on with the scene but I cannot see the option "Take Picture". I tried everything, even to restart the game from the beginning following the walkthrough.
