There is a bug, the coffe break at the pharmacy never happend. Instead there was a S/M scene. The coffe break scene did not happen so I could never drug her and i'm stuck.

484. Go to the beach, taunt the red hoodie guy. At the hospital ward choose option "Go home". You'll get a little extra scene which will unlock Janice new panties as daily clothes.

I did this and am not seeing the new panties in daily clothes options.

step 260 b and 311 b is billy's starting path, if you skip his path in step 260 b then you won't be able to do 485, if you did do them steps, then it's 335-338, 386-393, 448-451, 485, if you skipped it all, you can always reset his path by going into the hallway, c+h to pull up the cheat menu and reset billy's path if you want, but then you will have to go through the walkthrough and make sure you don't skip anything, that's including the blowjob's at the pool, etc, but you can also give him photos from the pool by using the cheat menu, after steps 260 b and 311 b, start with 228 up to 338 and then 386-393, 448-451, 485.

Edit: since beta 2 is out, the only thing you have to do is repeat step 484 to get the new outfit, these saves don't have it

if you are talking about step 464, then you ask about the security not the archives, but if you started a new game using 28 beta, it's best if you find 27 final and play that, then switch to 28 for that content, since 28 is really buggy when starting a new game.
