Nope, in my playthrough I hadn't unlocked all her latlex costumes yet. I got the bare butt one like a game week after I got her the pink doggie outfit.

Dunno then. Walkthrought talked about having latex suits so I just assumed I needed that after Julia didn't see anything after first try

Is it maybe related to affection level? I'm having the same problem with Julia not catching mom in the dog suit, mom is max affection but Julia is only 385 for me

go to dady's car the yellow one and take oil can from in it.1 day later go to school and oil the door hinge's of shower room.after that you will be able to click the costume on the wall.

Whenever I go to Julia after stealing Kira's outfit it auto loads into the previous photoshoot making me repeat steps 504-508, but never progressing any further. Am I missing something, does the shoot have to do with Julia's new suits? I never gave her those yet.

My rough translation:
