Not sure if this is an issue with the game or the incest patch but I crash at the gym when mom's there. It's fine when sis is there. It crashes right after the blond shows up and mom comments about her tits.

If it is the error screen and not a ctd just hit ignore and it should continue. that works for me. Your mileage may vary.

You get to name the blonde later in the basement and then the error in the gym goes away.

This is a known issue, not saying it's a bug though. You can't deliver the package if you have more than one. There's several solutions, the easiest is using www dot saveeditonline dot com to edit the save parameter "package" to the value 1. Your current value should be 7 since you have 7 packages.
I've never experienced this issue myself, seems to be more machine/os dependant(???) than something in the game, and I've tried to replicate this several times without success. Therefore I call it an issue and not a specific bug in the game.
Could you please tell what type of CPU and OS you have? (and also if you can attach a save with either just before receiving first package or with one package in backpack). Would help a lot in finding why some users get this and why others don't.
I can only access Nicole's basement event at 11pm once, even if I do the event at 10pm in the living room, I can't access the basement at 11pm.

I didn't know there was a lesbian scene with Irina and Alexis. Seems to be the start of Irina and Cassandra occurs at 7pm at the bar after you dance with Irina in a loving way and Cassandra, drunk as a skunk, approaches. When done right, they start french kissing on the dance floor. Seems to be the trigger for further events. Right now I play with as low love as possible and only going for corruption except for Irina who has both love and corruption (just curious what happens in different scenarios, of course I play NTR mode. It's a game of fiction for gods sake. No NTR Is like looking on Game Of Thrones with bleeps and pixelated censored scenes).

Could be a scene rendered that is planned for (or considered), but not yet implemented, in story. Eg; something that may, or may not, show up in a future update. Have some fun and search the python scripts for references to the image :-> and tell us what and where the scene is found.
