Actually yes... I've played this more, and for longer than you have.
Work, get money, buy gifts and give them to the women (Nicole/Cassandra/Alexis/Irina) to build relationship and love/corruption stats.
Hell, you can even use the in-game cheats from the MC's bedroom if you want to, and then make it impossible for Davide to ever fuck Nicole, Cass or Alexis, turning it into an ultimate easy-mode game.
