JDMOD only takes images from the original afaik. It's a gallery mod. I don't remember that specific image though.

Go to your Room - With the Notebook Settings you can choose which girl you wanna ask.
In my case "Mother" will do it if you ask the "older Sister".
Go to the Cellar at night.
The action is only successfull if you have a high relationship. Try low relationship first there is more NTR.

Beware: "The Bug of the Living Dead"

... he will come back as an icon in the daily routine
... he can also come back if "Mother" is pregnant and you wanna f* her - if your relationship is low.
... he comes back in the cellar drug scenes - if your relationship is low.
... he stills sits on the couch with peter and the boxes on the floor.

and i noticed a missing dress image for "mother" in the Dinner Szene with Peter.

Yes. You have to add love or corruption to unlock new scenes.
What scenes are repeating? Maybe I can help if you tell me where you are in the game.

No, it's just the same like with so many other updates in the past. Whenever Saddog states a release date you can expect radio silence for a few weeks or months.

Nicole(red dress) is the woman with most content. There are no old men in the game, but these guys are up there I guess:

Frank(left) will get handsy with 3 of them and have sex with 2 of them.
Peter(right) will go after Nicole if your relationship is low.

nicole ok. yeah these guys are old enough for old men content but: no sex scenes with peter and nicole? and 2 with frank but i assume not with nicole? hmm... is this game still in progress? i hope there will get added more content of this soon. cause the quality and girls look really good.
for me personally the game could only be with nicole and plenty different guys :3

The images you showed are rendered tier rewards that aren't present in the game. The Muscular long haired dude(Hobo) does have scenes though, but you'll see.

If you like this game a lot and want more content after you've explored it you can try S A Z mod. It needs a different game version to function, but it shouldn't be too hard to find it. It has a few other scenes, a lot more dialogue, less bugs, but is missing the 0.9.1 content since it is currently based on 0.8.5.

Yeah I dunno why that guy in the first pic hasn't stuck it in Nicole yet he stuck it in Cassandra. Nicole should get a similar scene
