The Patreon codes unlock the patron-only options. If you see a clothing item or sex toy with a patreon symbol on it, entering the code in the lower-right corner of the main menu will make them usable.

Just tried a little.
To interact you must first pass in "movement mode" by pressing Q (in my config).
You turn the view with the mouse and letting pushed the mouse's right button then walk forward with W.
You must approach the little purple pyramids on the ground.
When near them press E when the "Interact" button (on upper left) is circled in pink.

Are you kidding me 81 °C in idle on my RX580 on lowest settings?
On 1920 x 1080 60 FPS 100% GPU use realy!
In Amored Warefare i only got this GPU use on 4k.
On 1920 x 1080 60 FPS only 35 °C with a GPU use of 40%.
This Game is a Grafikcard burner dont play it so far the Gamedev it not fix.

Even with this update, you still can't interact with anything. When you choose the second character to move around, you can go to a triangle to interact but pressing the interact button does absolutely nothing regardless of where you move to

dowloaded this game cause it seemed interesting used to use Wine on Mac .... found out stupid wife "accidentaly" updated it now cant use wine fml
