Huh, no idea what im missing but this just makes my HP drain until i game over, i have no clue how im supposed to turn my companions into vampires at all
That is presumably for the previous non-mz version, and therefore not accurate. In the mz version, you need to be in "Evil Mode" (or in other words, have completed the transformation sequence either by skipping through when asked, or go through all the stages the regular way.)
Then, you need to go to their houses/dwellings, fight them and knock them out. Then if you interact with them, it will ask you if you want to use some of your health to start the process of turning them. Which will also increase your Thirst, requiring you to nom on some people in order to refill it. The process repeats for like 3 more days and then you will have a vampirized companion. There's apparently variations in their resulting appearances depending on which of the 3 vampire name 'routes' you chose, but I don't know if they are just cosmetic or not. They probably have details beyond looking different, but I haven't tested it out myself so idk for sure.

it just causes slow mtf with 100 corruption causing next stage and cure ending is altered based on how far transformed you are.

I have played the original a few years ago bit never tried this one, any new content?

I can't help but wonder as well since I only encountered nudity after regularly entering the evil route and turning two. There aren't many in the first place. After checking the previous version which apparently labels them all as ending. 3 are samey vaginal sex, one is lesbian, no variation. I'll be honest, I won't bother to go that far anymore.
This piece is sadly a tad disappointing considering how neat it would have been with more content (there isn't much dialogue either) and if one discounts the other wasted potential.
Namely the vampires shouldn't have been simply / chaotic evil since the stories with them as protagonist are far more engaging if they just had the special needs and even if there's blood lust / starvation, there's some possible lawful evil if not even neutral or good. Not that one shouldn't be able to just go all murder hobo but that's what Skyrim is for unless you make some fine CG.
There's the mention and possibility of hunting criminals but there isn't much done with that, except that it corrupts even faster. Simply put, it's underwhelming, in one way (porn) and another (gender bender) and another (vampire story). It's a piece that is developed for fun and practice but nothing worth buying for $15.
