I'm still fairly new to all this rendering/3D modelling stuff, slowly learning & under no illusions - I know I'm not even close to Stiglet, but I really appreciate that compliment so thank you!

I use Gimp for it. Just add another layer with your signature on the Render.

I also used it. Also you can do post-processing with Gimp. But honestly Gimp is a very unintuitive program.
