Syntax error means wrong characters, which would be happening when missing non-unicode characters.
So make sure both language pack AND system locale are fully configured.
I'm running the game through "姫騎士ド下品敗北人生.exe" without issues.
Might be something else, but then you might need to wait for someone else to share a fix since you seem to be first user with this issue.
That one is amazing lol, I played it with mtl and both the endings are pretty brutal to be honest considering some other ntr games. If you plan to translate more ntr games you might wanna check out a few works from Heiantei & Autobahn but if I am not wrong they dont have any cracking programs or not, I am not sure. I will also recommend

My bad, did not remember I already had the folder from the untranslated version. The actual save directory is in "C:\Users\Username\Documents\pin-point". Drop the folder with the 3 files there, and name that folder as "hdhjsavedata", if there is not one. If that does not work, you will have to sacrifice a goat in your living room.
