Are the only new scenes really the two with Kate on the couch?
I know, what the changelog says, but the only new elements, that appear, are those two with Kate. And the stats are all maxed, it seems. No shown bonus lets the stats grow anymore.

Yes, I am missing 5 scenes: the second and the third on page 1, the last on page 2 and the fourth and the fifth on page 3. According to the quest list there is nothing left to do.
