The green old-school computer text objectives are still just flavor at this point, you can ignore them. As for the other one, well it says right there, "progress through character storylines" - your next main objective is gated behind progress in one or more characters' individual stories, so look at each of their objectives and see what you can do. (You may need to build up their affection for you through daily repeatable interactions and the "bond" minigame (found in the 'relationship' section of each applicable girl's dialogue menu) before the actual next objective will show up, btw.)

Curious if this 0.3 patreon version fixes being stuck with Kate and her first scene ("You're the prettiest girl I know"). Even though I did an OF scene with her already, it's reverted back to the first one and haven't been able to get out of this friendzone.
