Getting a bug where I can't access the mansion guest room bathroom. When you try to pass the white chair, your character will stop any WASD movement.

does anyone else have problem on the Rose quest while starting the date with her?

Yeah, after buying the fertilization pill or whatever it is and unlocking the date option for her the progress stops dead since going on the date whether it's morning or afternoon just results in a static picture that's obviously a background stock photo of some kind.. Guessing I may have to progress other quests firsts.

I also have an issue with the last camera in the mansion - in the second room on the right there's a little reading nook where a camera can be placed, however, when I get close to the doorway, my character stops moving meaning I can't leave either -.-

Yeah, I have this problem too. I can't meet her at the hotel. The game just freezes. I thought maybe it would get better later in the story, but I've almost completed the other characters' quests, and the problem persists. It's a BUG !
Maybe they fixed it after 1.6.11-1.6.14, since the update logs mention quest fixes, but it's unclear which ones.

fixed it by instaling melon loader 5.5 and using unity explorer to manipulate char position

In version 1.6.14, the problems with Rose in the hotel are no longer present.
So, this was a developer-initiated bug.
