Depending on context it either means Original Poster or Opening Post aka the first post.
The majority of the time it's Opening Post, unless specifically referring to who made the post without writing their name.

Hi Midnite Guerrilla (or Lucky Guerrilla) sorry to bother you, but I wanted to ask, since it's completed, while the work on Beneath a Neon Sun is awaiting the resumption, would you perhaps consider releasing The Wish on Steam as well?
With just a few necessary tweaks (like the actual scenes from real TV movies, especially those from porn movies, even if vintage, that aren't unfortunately allowed), the title would probably do well on that platform too, and this could also indirectly help to boost the other title's SubscribeStar by spreading popularity.
I don't know, maybe you had already thought about it when starting the work for The Wish: Redux, but I liked to ask it anyway

Well that is good news, i hope it's more strung out story wise in regards to who's who. Small teasing, not big jumps into nude, touching, etc. The mom should slowly succumb to the feelings but at the same time deny them, at the same time teasing without knowing she's doing it and vice versa with the MC. I hope her visuals are still the same, just nipples need tweaking to be smaller
