Actually so far, there's nothing to suggest that you can't play this as a purely lesbian game. The shot of the MC acting as a cumdump is almost certainly going to be part of the corruption path and there's absolutely nothing to suggest you won't be able to avoid this completely on the alternative route. Since the primary goal of the Sorceror appears to be corrupting women into slutty whores for the enjoyment of men, it seems inevitable that Giana resisting this, is key to her successfully pursuing a heroic path. And that means resisting any temptation to act like a whore or forcing/manipulating others into non-consensual sex play. And similarly indulging in slutty content with other characters, if they are presented with choices.

There's a non-avoidable M/F sex scene between two other characters, but that is not on the heroic path. You only see that, by allowing Bella to get corrupted. If she resists, the game ends for the current content.

I've never played the original game, so I'm going purely on what we can see in the current version.

Bit late to reply but better late than never, eh?

When I made that post it was before the remake, there were no choices to avoid sex with men. Any choice that was there instantly said "fuck you, were doing it anyway".

I haven't bothered with it since then so don't know if those choices were changed since the overhaul but at the time of the comment you quoted, this was a pure corruption game with no chance of avoiding it.
