I'm up to around 900 renders, 270 videos, maybe 8,000 lines of dialog and so far introduced 40 charactors. It's currently 1.34 GB, and I'm STILL working on the end of the second day (there should be 5 or 6 days total). The thing with the game is that it's not linear, it's all choice based and you meet people and get in situations based on choices. And there's a lot of choices! For example, on the second day you go to the gym, and there's 9 different ways that it plays out, depending on your previous choices.

If you start at the beginning and play through to the latest scene I've worked on, you've probably uncovered around 20% of the game. You can tell by the hidden gallery scenes and hidden characters how much you've missed. I have no idea how to do an android port, but I have no issue sending someone the game files so they can port it.

The Writer's visit does indeed have futa on futa scenes! Sammy gets together with Selena (twice, I think?) The version of the game I'm working on also has futa on futa scenes, besides Sammy there's three other trans women, and also one character that is either a female or a transwoman (it's random). At least that's what there is so far, more may be added.
Any new updates? hope all is well

Been giving this game a pass but is there an option to switch between having peepee and pussio?
No, Sammy is strictly a transwomen.

When will the rework be completed?
My guess is a year or so, as I have two games I'm working on. The Full Story is a much larger game than The Writer's Visit, which has way more characters, locations, features, plus a different mechanic (harem building). Just about everything is being re-rendered.

I re-did almost all of the beginning to make the character looks match the updates I did later in the game. I also redid the harem thing so there's just a single harem. I stopped working on it last November to finish off the first chapter of The Yearbook, as it's helpful to play that first.

The Yearbook shares many of the same characters, and the first chapter takes place a few months before The Full Story (the rest of The Yearbook takes place after the Full Story), so you get to see things like how Lisa meets Becky. So both games are set in the same universe. This is the completed first chapter. of The Yearbook. (670 renders, 42 videos, 2 1/2 hour playtime)

Not in The Writer's Visit, but there is in my game, The Full Story. There's a 25% chance of Sammy getting someone pregnant each time she has sex, which will affect the game ending you get.

No, that's old. I'll put up a new link later today. I'm not sure if I'll bother to make a thread, although I suppose I should stop cluttering up this one.

Edit: Here's a link for it:
Reup?

Ugh, I took it down as The Full Story had a drastic re-write but I might as well put it back up.

I sent an email to someone who was asking what's going on with my games, so I'll just paste in my reply:

So The Yearbook is on hold as I finished off enough of it for it to be a demo. The Yearbook's hook is that the MC is a budding game developer that is working on his own game, and as he improves and adds things into his game, those things get added into The Yearbook.

Ex-tortion is about a guy in the FBI's witness protection program who wins a state lottery winner, but state rules decree that he has to have his name and picture published before receiving his cheque in a public ceremony, so he has to decide if its worth collecting as he's sure the mob will track him down.

The Full Story is the remake of a game that I worked on as an english translator. However, as I translated each chapter, I started cheering on Lisa, the niece. In my version of the game (which has three routes), you're still the writer... but you're basically trying to survive dealing with Lisa's personality, who's a genius with few social skills, and most likely a psychopath.

The Yearbook, The Full Story and Ex-tortion all take place in the same small town (Willow Creek), and share the same side characters that will age based on the timeframe. My hope is to have a "Willow Creek Chronicles" game with all three games in one large game, although that's years away. The first chapter of The Yearbook would be the first chapter of that game (it takes place in May), then The Full Story, which the entire game takes place over a week in August, then The Yearbook's second chapter is the MC going to college in September when the FBI decides to investigates Matt (the MC), and then Ex-tortion starts later in the fall when the same FBI people notice one of its witness acting weird.
The reason I've restarted The Full Story a few times is because I found through game testing that people didn't play through more than one route (and probably didn't realize they were missing a bunch of stuff).

I realized that what was fun to do a developer (having so many game choices that I had to create a tool to change variables because I was forced to create dozens of save files) absolutely sucked as a player. Hell, who has time for that? So, I made three distinct routes that split at the start of the game, without any side branches. Each route has its own story and characters to seduce, so each has its own ending. I feel that's a far better way to go as far as replayability.

I highly recommend playing The Yearbook first, as it chronologically comes first and introduces you to some of characters you'll meet in The Full Story.

Anyways, the Full Story version linked above has a ton of choices and won't reflect how the new version will work, but you might find it worth checking to find out if the humor I use throughout my games is to your taste. If the pic below offends you, I honestly don't recommend playing any of my games.

Most games made in Renpy engine are playable in Joiplay, you must have installed required plugin of course. Plugins for joiplay you can find on Joiplay patreon
And here is discord for Joiplay, on it you can find help for solving your problems

Sorry, I have no clue what Joiplay is, but it was easy enough to strip out the load and save screens and put in the default ones for you. I'm surprised that the naming option for saves affected anything, as you can ignore it completely when saving, but I guess that gets screwed up when using Joiplay.

I also made it so the quick menu should always show.

The version number on the options page is wrong, I just forgot to change it.

Good to see you are still making games. TWV was awesome!!! Why not make separate threads for each game?

Please, can you give a link to your game TWV on some other more "standard" service, for example MEGA, WORKUPLOAD or GOFILE? For some reason I can't download from your link. :(
And one more question, have you already completely finished your work on the TWV mod or will there be a more complete version?

I played the Yearbook and were there any choices? In the replay gallery there are a bunch of scenes that have not been opened but it didn't ask me anything and there was literally no sex...just a BJ? Did I miss something?

I don't have site permission to make threads.

Here are Mega links:

It's a completely new game, based on the The Writer's Visit. I'm hoping the first two days in game will be done sometime later this summer.

I played the Yearbook and were there any choices? In the replay gallery there are a bunch of scenes that have not been opened but it didn't ask me anything and there was literally no sex...just a BJ? Did I miss something?
When Matt falls asleep on night one, you should see several sex scenes with characters he hasn't made any arrangements with.

You might have noticed that as Matt works on his game and adds things in like a new quick menu and gallery, those items are added to The Yearbook. Near the end of the second day, his friends make fun of his game for not having choices. The next chapter which takes place in the fall (shortly after The Full Story completes at the end of summer) Matt adds choices to his game, and that's when choices begin to appear in The Yearbook. As mentioned perviously, it's all the same universe, characters and location, and the correct order to play would be The Yearbook (Day one and two), and then The Full Story.
