Thanks for the effort, but why is the file so big? Ren'Py supports the avif format from version 8.1 and this game is in Ren'Py 8.1.1. Have you considered using this format to compress images? Using the same tools and compression rate as you, I get a 370 MB file (425 MB unziped), ⅓ smaller.

As I made the PC version for myself, I'm sharing it as an example.
