mansion basement is not complete in v0.47 and it's not possible to get out once you're inside. You either need to have a save before entering or wait for v0.48 in which the mansion basement is finished

I actually overheard a conversation last night that was exactly like this.
Girl#1 was astonished that guy#1 was claiming that girl#2 (not present for conversation) had been with guy#2(not present for conversation). Girl#1 insisted girl#2 was a lesbian since girl#2 had shown interest in girl#1.

by prostitute route you mean Peitho route? it was unfinished a few updates ago (at least in 0.44.0) so need to check patchnotes

No, the Peitho route is a different route. There's a building on the south side of town where Jenna can start making pornos.
