mansion basement is not complete in v0.47 and it's not possible to get out once you're inside. You either need to have a save before entering or wait for v0.48 in which the mansion basement is finished

No, the Peitho route is a different route. There's a building on the south side of town where Jenna can start making pornos.

It's the street whore one with 20 scenes in total. It has an ending so that route is finished.
