Yup, although u can use the console to unlock all of the scenes if u aren't bothered playing the game. Definitely recommend watching scenes over the animations.
Not sure what they did for the 2nd shower scene but there wasn't much going on when I had it unlocked. 2 new scenes for the porn route tho and they're were f'in magnifico! Read they fix some minor bugs and typo.
Yeah, a large number of patreon (or similar) games get a censored version on steam nowadays.

Well, haven't checked it myself, but it's possible that the steam version hasn't gotten the update through Steam's authentication exc, or they're taking more time to do the censored version of the update.

Well, from my understanding steam doesn't allow outright porn on it, so every porn game released there has at least some censuring. I'll freely admit I may be wrong, as I'm not a developer and don't have a burner steam account to put porn games on (or spare cash for them at the moment).
Patrons leak the Patreon version here, its not posted by the devs.
Edit: I mixed the versions, steam should be 0.44 so maybe they haven't updated yet or they are not aware its not updated yet. In the Patreon page they state that steam is on 0.44

Tell that to the poor sods living in Germany, almost any game which has a sliver of 18 content, yep you heard, not even straight up porn, just if it can be considered a tad risque gets banned. 18+ dlc aswell.
I used to buy dozens of Visual Novels every month, nowadays everything gets region blocked here.
Although I bitch about it ( rightfully too ), the whole ordeal did push me towards piracy so atleast my wallet got to enjoy a long vacation.
Surprisingly Kagura games dodged this purge, probably cuz they offer patches externally. But still as you might know most Japanesse Visual Novels are released censored and most of the time with cut content anyway, yet they still region block them. Those Valve bastards.
