When you start Episode 4, you can select on what path you are, so you don't really need ep3 full save.

Not sure what do you have in mind?
You cant see the animations? Or some scenes in reply galleries are unlocked?
If first, that's probably thing with codecs. If second, there is gallery unlocker.

well according to other poster at f95 don't need codecs since renpy has those built-in.

anyways k-lite codec pack and webm codecs.

k-lite codec pack lite version with standard settings is enough for almost everyone. The mega version of it, though having every codec known so far, most of them are not standard and is normally for developers only.
And the k-lite media player is great too, its simple to use and remembers the old windows media player but with a lot more options implemented in it.

Yes, you are right. It's my oversight.
Anyway, I checked videos in latest compressed version of game. Format is webm. Modern browsers use it out of box, but it's not installed by default on every OS system wide. This can explain issue with animations not playing, but not necessarily. Anyway, I would install k-lite just to see if problem is solved.

That's true but if it's not installed, than RenPy on Windows cant play it. Besides, for Mac and Linux users, K-lite is useless.

You can try with free VPN or something. I don't have problems with connecting to mega download link.
