So I had this same issue. The unofficial incest patch gives the game over at the end of day 5. If you do not have the unofficial incest patch in play it moves on to day six without issues.

The writing and models get better with every update. These guys aren't just content to churn out an update every 4-6 weeks; they work on their craft and improve the game like all devs SHOULD be doing. This game has become a life raft in a sea of VN disappointment.

There's a theory running around that Lauren is MC's daughter (which based on what she tells him it might be true) and that Jenna might be too. I have mine for Goldy now, the "I would hate for you to be my dad" would be a great foreshadowing of who her real father is, because the poor girl doesn't deserve for that cuck to be her dad.
I loved the update overall, but the variable audreypreg made me really really really really really happy
