It's also about the power and family dynamics.
I agree that the step- thing is often a cop-out to make the kink somehow more acceptable to the payment processors but still.
When it comes to blood relation and the risks of inbreeding, niece/nephew incest is so barely incest that it is fully legal and not even frowned upon in many countries.
The niece/nephew thing can get very sketchy very quickly if it keeps being done see the Hapsburgs and King Charles II of Spain. I said calling it incest when with a step-parent or sibling for social, cultural, legal reasons is fine. I stand by what I said about dating a step-parent's sibling's son or daughter being fine.

They said Day 7 was scheduled for June.
hopefully we get a full day 7 both paths but that's still 1 day every 3 months, that math works out to more than 7 years before the game is completed. I was hoping updates would be 2-3 days to get the game on a more reasonable completion timeline.

That is often brought up but you need to remember that those royal houses married ONLY for the inheritance / political reasons.
If you are a bit careful there isn't much wrong with niece/nephew incest. Even parent or sibling incest could be fine as long as there are no genetic disorders which may become amplified by the inbreeding.
Basically what incest is doing is amplifying the genetics. If they are good, the product will be excellent. If they are bad, the product will be extremely bad. And doing it too much also amplifies too much.
Honestly I think step siblings dating can be fine as well. But it depends on the family dynamics.

The thing is there is no leqal reason for stupid stepcest. I know of no place where the depiction of fictional incest in porn is illegal, even in places where the real thing is (which is by no means everywhere: in 22 countries, over 1/2 of the world by population, people can fuck their relatives and even breed with them if they want without getting arrested for it as long it's consentual). It's just stupid Mastercard being morality police with some stupid notion that it's fine to fuck step-relatives, but not biological ones, even though the whole point/allure of incest is risk (inbred baby risk, social pariah risk, legal risk, etc), which with stepcest doesn't exist (ie almost no one is going give that much of a fuck if your whole school finds out you were the one that knocked up your step-sister, if anything if she's hot and popular you'll probably be getting various forms of praise, envy and congratulations). If it's not Mastercard's risk I don't get why they give so much of shit to try to dictate what people can watch or pay for if there's no legal liability in doing so. What they do as far as censorship should be illegal, and the gov't should tell them to knock it off or be broken up into smaller companies via antitrust lawsuit like AT&T was (a duopoly is almost as bad as a monopoly). Until then what everyone should do (not just AVN devs and their supporters but porn producers in general) is move to Backed.by and start taking crypto payments, it's not that difficult, and then no one would have to censor themselves (just don't be Pornhub and avoid the real ch1ld p0rn).

yup same here, oops. v0.06.00 < v0.06.10. I guess I'll wait on Sancho, though after the bio dad entered the picture and fucked up my incest mod I've mostly lost interest (stepcest is not incest, remove that stupid tag already, it was bad enough when I was thinking I was settling for poor man's incest by playing as an uncle fucking his niece, but he's not even that but a step-uncle = fuck you Patreon and fuck any dev that uses them).
Guess I will put it this way some of these games want the tag but do not deserve the tag either by family dynamics or lazy writting, and I do not care as to why.. as far as payment.
