But no choices it's not a game at all. Kinetic Novels suck and aren't games.
Based on the advertised choices, I bought the game on Steam. Who knows how many others did the same. It's not dishonest, dev just got overwhelmed as often happens. People always underestimate how much work and how complicated it can be to have lots of paths and choices.
Maybe not acceptable but it occurs without consquences beyond people being annoyed for a while. Does a month go by without a massive media company stealth-changing the price of people's subscriptions or segregating off part of it onto a new subscription? I bought Windows 10 because it was going to last forever, yet it's dead in a few months. My phone company cut off 3G because they didn't want to pay the upkeep anymore. I bought a documentary on Youtube and one day it just disappeared, still don't know why.Imagine if that was acceptable in other domains too, it would be crazy.
But the Steam description still says "Thirty Days is a heavy choice driven Visual Novel, designed to have multiple playthroughs with largely different experiences". Those are decisions and actions of companies with thousands of employees and business plans out 5 years, not one guy sat at home making a porn game he assumed would be far less effort than it turned out to be. 6 backstories was dumb from the start, even 2 genders was dumb, add atop that choices with notable effects and it's always going to get too much. So many games go abandoned because of this, or slow to a crawl and slowly die. They need a detailed plan from the start and none have it.
I'm not saying you have to like it, I'm just pointing out the probably reasons why the changes have been made.
I agree. The Dev needs a proof reader bad lol. it says if theirs a problem instead of if there's any problems. lots of areas that's supposed to be there's it said theirs lol.Why are there still so many typos and grammatical errors?
(Male) MC's daughter is only a baby, so it's too soon to say.Is there NTR in this game? I mean if you choose the wrong option, will MC's daughters have sex with someone else?
Plus, as in your example, the capitals which should show the beginning of sentences but which don't. The result of all this mess is that you don't read, you mentally translate, which is not only annoying but also tiring.I agree. Sadly this is the gamble you take, I hate it also but what can we do, save for boycott the developers, but the odds of that working is unlikely, there are just too many mindless drones out there willing to throw money at rubbish. Which burns the person who wants value for the money, who is optimistic and wants to support the developer. So it goes.Based on the advertised choices, I bought the game on Steam. Who knows how many others did the same.
Intentional or not, we got burned and you cannot excuse going against your word with "got overwhelmed" when you took people's money. Imagine if that was acceptable in other domains too, it would be crazy.
ms girl.. develop is it possible to somehow change his gender in the game?(Male) MC's daughter is only a baby, so it's too soon to say.
(His nieces/cousins/friends of the family, depending on your choice, though, no. There are no other men involved. There's the possibility of them having sex with another woman, but I think only with the MC also involved, or at least approving it.)
You can select at beginning, if you want male or female MC (sadly female path is on hold for now) (and if you select female MC, then this game is lesbian only)ms girl.. develop is it possible to somehow change his gender in the game?
I'm curious, if you chose female protagonist, what does Jackie and the MC"s daughter become? You can select at beginning, if you want male or female MC (sadly female path is on hold for now) (and if you select female MC, then this game is lesbian only)
I can't remember if Jackie either has no child, or if she has a child from a relationship with someone else. I think it's no child, but it's been so long since I had the opportunity to play that path.I'm curious, if you chose female protagonist, what does Jackie and the MC"s daughter become?
I, for one, think that "would of" is a far less egregious issue than then being used as than rather than then.English speakers are saying would've, a contraction of the grammatically correct would have.
The writing for this update is even sloppier than previous ones - spelling and usage issues have multiplied like so many cockroaches. I'm still going through the current update, but no choices yet and the story added on is disjointed and poorly written. I swear my eyeballs are going to start bleeding.
It's a shame, because this game started out so much better than to deserve a slipshod update like this one. I'm gonna finish the playthrough with fingers crossed that the writer will pull the plane out of its current nosedive, but it's sadly looking like a project that ought to be abandoned if this is what's coming in the future.
it's sloppy either wayI, for one, think that "would of" is a far less egregious issue than then being used as than rather than then.
Shit changes. Get over it.But the Steam description still says "Thirty Days is a heavy choice driven Visual Novel, designed to have multiple playthroughs with largely different experiences". He's making money based on false statements.
Let me guess, this isn't dishonest either, right?![]()
I much prefer kinetic novels to overcomplicated plots with multiple choices where you need a lengthy walkthrough manual and lots of saves to drag through. There are so many good games to play instead of being stuck in one with "multiple choices".Kinetic Novels suck and aren't games.
