why nintendo its not like your planning your own fire emblem porn game, and its not like kids will be stumbling upon this. the story was already in an original context could you get away with it if the parody aspect is played up. change the title and have custom names for characters. could you circumvent the rules in the same way devs do for incest content and have the characters names Byl. then you have to enter the eth to make it byleth.

Nintendo in the past has gone so far as to buy the rights to a porn parody of mario to stop it from coming out in the past.... you really shouldnt be surprised when they go the extra mile to fuck over shit like this

To my knowledge, these things are actually protected by some parody laws, so realistically nintendo can't actually do much, (hence why they had to buy the rights), it is more people don't want to fuck with nintendo. cause well they can still try and sue you, and depending on the court they could win, so the risk of sticking to your guns isn't worth it. That and you wouldn't be able to keep your privacy.
Hence why, alias and keep releasing it here and there, without a tie to you is the best option.
Kind of odd how they are so zealous about defending their copyright. I thought copyright law was notoriously weak in Japan, hence the the surplus of parody material and fan doujinshi.

What is also weird is that nintendo doesn't believe in censoring games. Like they sorta stand against sony on the regard, it is just parody games that they go after.

For some reason when I load a save from version 15, the game continues to the end of the scene and then switches to the start screen. I cannot begin version 17 at all.
you could be like

I really enjoy the mind control aspects of games. Can someone who has played the game tell me how much mind control is in this game? Is it central to the story or is it just a single scene then forgotten about.

In fact, i wouldn`t even really call it "mind control" in my opinion, more like "body control".
it sucks that you were forced to give up this project since i really enjoyed it and would always check for updates but considering the circumstances you made the right choice in doing that, i will be checking out your other game to see how it is
