So far so good.
The models look decent enough, though I am not too sure using generic locations. Maybe make the backgrounds from in game pictures of the areas around Garreg Mach Monestary.
The biggest thing is going to be making sure the characters are close enough to their original counterparts in terms of writing and dialogue, making them say believable and in-character things will definitely help.
Looking forward to the next update if possible.

You should really think about changing names of the girls and the game.

Well that answers my question. I'll probably hold off until then too. I also saw that you can't play as Dimitri which is big sad. I'm a big Dimitri x Edelgard fan ):
