it's a problem of expectations. People search for specific types of games using the tags and there are usually very clear expectations connected to each tag. Not the developers fault at all but it can create a problem that doesn't need to be there and could be fixed just by having subcategories or something.

Yeah, not harem. Much better writing IMO, however. But yeah: if harem's your main kink, that probably wouldn't be for you.

At one point the Dev was talking about doing a sequel using a descendent of this MC. Anyone know if that is still a possibility or definite, or not happening?

Quite good VN
Although visuals are oldish especially at first chapters but i have to say that at the final chapters where improved,
Mc was good and most of lis where beautiful
Story was not bad too and the ending was nice
Nonetheless i enjoyed it and certainly this VN it's worth a play.

I mean, to be fair they are now 4½ years old and soon will hit 5. So it's understandable they look somewhat older now.
Since this game is finished, it would be a good idea to offer it on one of these platforms:
Steam
Gog
Epic Games
Itch.io
OppaiMan
etc.
in addition to Patreon.
A lot more people that can't/wouldn't support it on Patreon could support it on the other platforms.
