Hey everyone

Let me tell you a bit about the development of a new location for the racing track. Recently, I came across some paid assets featuring a variety of objects and add-ons that can be used to create a fully-fledged track. I decided not to miss the opportunity, purchased them, and have already started gradually assembling a location for future races. The next step is to choose a suitable program for creating race animations. At the moment, I’m deciding between Unreal Engine 5 and Blender and haven’t made a final decision yet since both have their pros and cons.

As for the development process itself, it’s going fairly monotonously. However, I’m pleased that all the main locations are already completed, and now I can focus on character posing and lighting adjustments. By the way, there’s some good news: one of my friends has agreed to help with posing, which will significantly speed up the work and might even bring some fresh ideas. Honestly, posing is probably the most challenging part of the work for me.

Now about the music. While I was sick and couldn’t fully engage in development, I decided to spend some time searching for suitable music and sound effects. Additionally, I reached out to a music artist, but unfortunately, their response was negative. They declined to participate in the project due to the presence of adult content in the game. That was disappointing.

I really enjoy working on the second part, especially because of the variety of scenes. This approach allows me to switch between different tasks—working on one scene for a while, then moving to another. It helps prevent monotony and burnout.

I’ve also started working on a bar scene, which will be the final scene in the second part. This scene will include an important moment: a sex scene and the introduction of a new key character. This character will play a significant role in the future. Right now, I’m focused on crafting the atmosphere and fine details of this scene.

That’s all from me for now. Thank you so much for your support on the previous post it truly inspires me and gives me a powerful boost to keep going. Thank you for being here with me!

So there will only be one track where the races are officially run as Grand Prix races?

I thought they were going to have illegal races, I think I'm being confused with another game :LUL:.

I was originally thinking of illegal street racing, but there is already a similar game called Race Of Life. So I decided to make legal races, on race tracks. This is something I haven't seen in other games, so it will be a breath of something new

The races there are mini-games and I lose them every time :ROFLMAO:, but I was actually confused with High Desire.

Don't worry, your game and this one only have some racing in common, as the level of drama and the story is quite different.

Hello, everyone!

Before I begin, I want to wish each of you a happy New Year 2025! I hope this year brings you more joy and success than the last one. And of course, the most important thing – good health to you and your loved ones! May all illnesses steer clear of you this year.

Now, a bit about development. Recently, I revisited an animation I created in Blender and compared the overall look of a scene I made in DAZ. I realized there was a huge difference in atmosphere and visual style between them, so I decided to rework it – and managed to do it quite quickly.

As for my plans for 2025, I aim to publish a game on Steam. However, I still need to gather all the necessary documents, prepare the game, and remove anything unnecessary to ensure it meets all the requirements.

Overall, there’s nothing too exciting going on – I’m making small tweaks to the interface. Occasionally, I set aside time to study courses and work on creating environments in Blender and 3ds Max.

This turned out to be a rather short dev blog. Wishing everyone a great week – see you soon!

Both versions are very good, aren't they?

In the new version I like the background better, now it looks more like daytime and the trees are more distinguishable, but at the same time the shadows on Mira's face and the atmosphere inside the car seemed more realistic before (y).

Yes I agree, there was just a light added to the car that takes away the shadow a bit

Blessings and curse when lighting. It's like do you go with the natural look like the one in the before pic or the after look which showcases Mira's face more while using unnatural methods.

how early are you releasing your game on steam, you only have one chapter and that's it, and people should pay 10 dollars for one chapter, I don't want to offend the author, it's just that releasing the game on steam should at least have 5 chapters in the game like the first season, or am I not understanding this?

unless that is a a new rule saying that I never seen any such a rule. I bought a game during the summer that only has 1 chapter but it was super cheap.

An early release with a single steam chapter will allow the game to be shared with a larger audience, also get feedback to improve the project and ensure players have access to all future updates, and will very well help support the development financially. But this is my personal opinion, also I've seen other projects that released a game with one chapter

I say it also depends how you want to release the game too. If you don't intend to do Seasons I think getting a steam release ASAP if you plan to do one is better than later. As that means players can jump in at a time and don't have to worry about seasons when you get more updates under your belt. But with seasons might be a little better to have more content just so players get an idea how much content is in 1 Season.

Of course this is just my personal opinion
