Well, you know us 'Murkin's.... We do things our way. When we are being polite, we use Mr. Lastname. When we wish to show respect while retaining familiarity, we use Mr. Firstname. And when we want to throw respect in the bin, we use Firstname or Nickname.
Thank you for your responce dosen't change the fact that in English it's not normal to call some Mr"firstname".
You might considered calling me by MR and my first name respectfull.
In your country it might be respectfull.
In my counrty you would be considered to be taking the piss.
And if you did it to me in my country you would be told to stop doing it or feck off.
So in a country that English originated in to read a sentences written with the constant use of MR "Firstname"
Its dosen't make sense its just another game on here thats considered to be written in Engrish.
And again no offence but most American's I know don't talk that way either.
Not sure what "Murkin's" you are refering too:
Murkin' is a slang term that has various meanings, such as creeping, beating, or killing, an insult to mock Americans or mermaids , A mop for cleaning cannon, LGBT slang, it refers to the male counterpart of a beard, a companion to a lesbian to feign her straightness.
