I did most of the game by hints, reading posts, trial and error and systematically eliminating. I found the walk through mostly confusing. I would imagine that it works, but not for me.

Normally once you asked Mia, Lisa, Georgia and Janice to have sex with Claire, Police department is immediately unlocked. And you can see it on the map at any moment of day 2. So I guess bug...

I did the step you said but when im on the stage any opt i choose janice keeps on telling dana to run.
