The only hint I have left is to find the X3-COM base by following Cooper. I even had her at trust and love 100 but she keeps ignoring me when she breaks out. I must be missing something, but I have no idea what. I talked to Rosario about 3x-com on day 3 in this timeline.

she's not parasited,
have dana get hit by the car, and have the demonstration fail, after send benson and cooper to the office but don't warn them about the sotgun trap

Looks good and bad at the same time. I'm curious.
It's a fascinating game to unravel, but playing through it without some sort of walkthrough is like banging your head repeatedly against a wall. I can't imagine how the dev managed to keep the continuity between timelines straight.

My biggest issue is not, not having walkthrough. I was able to get through the whole game with hints alone and checked walkthrough only in extreme rare cases if stuck.

For me, it is returning to the game after months of not playing it, and trying to remember what is done and what not, and what should I focus on. As well as what choices are important to get some things to happen in later game dates.

Yeah, I think this game really needs a guide rather than a walkthough. Like something that says 'If you want to level up pickpokcket you need to have Georgia steal the bomb remote first' and goes into detail about the parasite transfers and how to manipulate it. Rather than the Walkthough which just says, 'Do X, then do Y then do Z'.

This game has so many levels of complexity, that its hard to wrap your head around at times, and something that simplifies what is happening would be very useful

Hello, I feel you. I really do, I just didn't find the right solution for this.

My last shot at this was making the Event button. Click on a Girl in the Characters screen and you will have two buttons. Memories (showing by default) and Events. This shows the events that really affect her:

Yeah, It's just takes so much time. And if I want to integrated to the game, it's more complex. I've started a track parasite section where you talk to CAS and bounce ideas to the parasite destination. I made until day 2 and it became so complex that it never saw the light.
I always have the idea to do something else. Less text and more graphical. It's on my To do list...

Playing the game for the first time today. Really enjoying it so far. Need some pointers on skills upgrade doe. Like who do I need to interact with more to unlock higher levels?

Each skill/level is unique, meaning that there isn't necessarily one trainer who will train you in any skill. Instead they are unlocked via events.

Some of the early game skills events are:
Persuasion is unlocked via Hannah (Need to unlock her club) but most levels require self control which you unlock via Yoga (Gym/Jody on Day 2).
Pickpocket will be Georgia Day 1 but you will need to progress the Day 2 Demostration before you have the option.
Lockpicking is Day 3 via Janice but will require you to have unlocked Day 3 and get past claire

There are some other skills but they will come later, and other levels in the skills will be done in different events which you will unlock later

Honestly wondering if I broke my save file somehow. I cannot advance to day 3 no matter what options I choose. Fairly certain I'm supposed to be able to meet Cooper but nothing I am doing is allowing it, including opening the storage unit and every possible interaction with Alice. Moreover, I can't I have no idea how I'm supposed to get Claire off my ass as no path seems to lead to CAS's suggestion there.

I try the hint option to advance the story on Day 2 and it tells me that option is locked out behind another story and not available so I'm at a loss at this point.
