I don't know about hint of Cynthia but
light shoulder is 1
cervical is 2
fullback is level 3.
you already have fullback
next step is sexy massage ( level 4) , Rosario teaches . You need Zarina, Crystal, Dana
But i can't do a full back, when i try with Zarina it just fails and says i need more practice. I hate the massage skills. I had an awful lot of problems with the cervical too.

I had the first three, but not the fourth. I Just loaded an older save and went from an earlier point. And i seem to have gotten through it with out a problem.

So I'm following the walkthrough where I have the info of Carson and it says I can use it against Claire. But when I got there, there wasn't an option for it.

Okay, I don't know exactly what the quest you are on involves, but could it be that before Claire is crushing you balls, you need to do a few things on your playthrough to open up the option. For example, I'm notorious for knowing I need photos to show Brain at the University, but I'll forget to retake the photos during my playthrough assuming I took the photos once, I'll always have them.
It is a bug. I have downloaded version 0.60.10, then loaded save file before Carson tell you about shipment and after that I get option with Claire.

!I see and appreciate what you're trying to do here but my God, this is the most frustrating porn game I've ever played. Two of the biggest problems are
1. having to retread the same paths with only minor variations to progress
2. cause and effect being seemingly unrelated, or being disproportionate
The second point makes it very difficult to have a mental map of what's happening in the game. The first one is just very annoying.

The game is called Time Loop Hunter. With a name like that having to repeat same paths with only minor variations to progress is not only expected but also the whole point of the game! Anyone considering it to be one of the "biggest problems" shouldn't really be playing a game with time loop as part of it's name to begin with...
