Motkeyz claims to be a competent enough developer to develop a new engine for the new game, right?

Motkeyz next game will be in Ren'Py. A quad amputee monkey could code on Ren'Py with his nose. Aesouth made a custom Unity engine for Timestamp and that's fucking Motkeyz over.

Occam's razor says Motkeyz is just milking his paypigs and sees a danger in letting them off the hook by releasing R12. What he's trying to do is to get them on another hook with the new game

Good faith and good business practice are two separate notions. You can’t honestly say your comment holds merit on good business practice when you were just provided support that this update was going to be released in Q1 2023. Feels more and more like a scam.

That's not what i said. What I said is that every single creator overlap last creation with the creation. I made no mention of time here. Usually if they are good creators that overlap doesn't cause delays in release. Here the delay in release has nothing to do with the overlap of creation. Motkeyz and Aesouth are just unreliable cunts who took over a year to make the last episode.

Based on what's been shown to us in the thread, I'd say it's just (or at least predominantly) Aesouh. Motkeyz seems to have held on for as long as possible before starting the next project, giving Aesouh more than ample time to finish his work as well and get the release out.

Is there any way to fix the game freezing on the text for no reason? Didnt happen in the previous game.

Cant find a way to fix it, it works if i go back some previous lines but when i move forward it freezes again, on hold or dropped if not fixed, a shame really. Dont know why devs dont just use renpy.

It's not just 1 freeze scene, it happens a lot.

I tried to do some research where could be come from this freeze.
Maybe the problem could come from the pause system (as we have in this game) by exemple here :

After reading other things here and there, i see that it coudl be a problem with time scale option. Could be an option to desactivation pause system etc.
But well i'm not a develloper but maybe it could help.

Edit 2 : Okay so again after doing some test, the version R11 PE P1 is the main problem. With downloading the previous version, i didn't get freeze situation where i got freeze situation in R11 PE P1. Since i was just starting the game in R11 PE P1, i got freeze with meeting heather first time and scarlet at college in part2.

With the previous version (r11 pe)(only), i didn't encounter these freeze.

I don't know where is exactly the problem, but in r11 pe p1, new animations was added (when heather and scarlet was smilling you when you meet them the first time in part 2).



So there is a problem with these animation added and/or dialouge option and/or animation/fixes cg transitions.

I just started playing this game on my Mac, but it doesn't seem to be saving when I finish playing. I keep hitting the save game button but nothing shows up the next time I open the game. Also in the game option I can't open the save folder. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Same here, and it's why I'm impatient for the next (final) release so I can actually play this. It hasn't been addressed since the last update dropped. Like at all. Not even acknowledged.

Only fix I've seen is to restart Lost Love and do not import the Unrequainted love data I don't know if it actually works but it was suggested some time back so might be worth a try

Do not call it a game, that would be a incorrect description as no skill and no risk is involved to progress the story, you (the "player") are not guiding nor controlling a dam thing. This is as it should be, this is not a game, no game engine is needed only a version of a powerpoint like program to display the scenes in the correct order. Do not pay for incomplete products, get a demo and buy it when it is DONE only. You would be pissed if some parts are yet to be shipped when you buy furniture, do not accept paying for incomplete "cartoons" either.

Exactly, I don't know why they keep working on this engine after the part one results, which also leads for a disaster in the topic of who has the responsibility of the slow updates until it stops and no one cared to do their part anymore
