Unbelievably I've successfully solved the problem and this was after I removed and installed Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 a few times

They are different build-version. If you install the wrong one it will not work.. I had to do same during our testing session.

Actually i don't have any idea why all these people having an issue.Vc redist 2015 is not installed on my system but the game is still running without an issue. Weird.At least now everyone is happy.
