you dont need them, they are just the game images for people who dont want to play the game.
I agree, he needs to change the Hint "Search for the Clue. Derick dropped something" to actually tell you it's in the hallway. With the quick Navigation placed so prominently many people, me included, never actually navigated through the house by normal means and so the hint just leads you to search every room over and over again. It never entered my mind that there are actually other "rooms" that are not on the Quick Nav Bar.

Does any one know what is causing this while using Linux/Wine to play:

Why do you use Wine when there is a native Linux build on OP?
No idea which Wine version you use, but I never ran into such an error message during testing phase for last update with a native Windows client and Wine.

Why the word "Unconditional" disappeared from the template? It has anything tied with the plot or something?

Did you mark the file as executable (right click etc)? Btw you also need to install libwebp-dev as metntion on OP or you will not see a single image.

Correct. Only chapter one (which feels like a full year's worth of updates) is completed.

Developers completed the first chapter of the game ( this release 1.0 that you can download form the site ).
They will release the Second Chapter ( to keep smaller the size of the download ) , i suppose soon , in next weeks ( i don't have a right date , just looking at the Progress bar work in they Patreon Page )...

I personally want to see more about Bacon and Heather. The same for Maureen, her mother and MC.

-WILD THEORY-
So, with the SHOCKING end of Chapter 1, it seems (to me) that chapter 2 will be named 'TimeStamps: the search for Nika LOVE'. During the next chapter, the voices in my head tell me that we will travel to the past hoping to save Nika (and have lots of SEXY fun). We may also discover that Nika is our GARNDMOTHER. In Chapter 1 John (dad) thinks about how he always wanted to have sexy fun with Juli's mom, so with his attraction to Nika the voices think that the MC and Nika are their own GRANDPARENTS.
Other events will result in us discovering that Bacon messed up the timeline because SCUT was supposed to be a pacifistic lady boy that was sleeping with Old Lady Delington and Bacon was jealous (of Mrs. Delington).
Also, we will discover that the missing Moose (and Squirrel) are ACTUALLY trying to save the WORLD from an EVIL plot to steal the MC's drum set.
