Those are the fangames i found over the years.
-To kill a Fairy Tale
-Almas Perdidas(not sure if there is a translation for it)
-Blacksouls: Outreach
-Journey of Wind and Memory (most of us should have heard of this one)
-Blacksouls DarkestNightmares (no eng translation but korean and vietnamese)
-NPC Dreams (This one isnt a fangame or mod but similar in style)

PS: Searching around again compared to 1 year ago. Seems like BlackSouls significantly grew bigger. There are dozens of indie devs popping up on X(Twitter) trying to create fan mods from wip titles of "CrimsonKing" to someone else trying to create a VN with the characters.

Two new special event names were added.
Mary Ann and Mori.
Mori in particular only adds a single "..." before normal dialogue goes on with Alice. The actual effect of using this name is that it gives you the Marked for Death status, which significantly reduces your stats until you die.

FYI. You can also get this status effect by collecting 5 Sinner's Echoes.

Do you have links to those mods or at least send it to me in private so I can play those, because they sounded very interesting but I couldn't find DarkestNightmares or Outreach anywhere
Oh and this game really a very good Blacksouls fan game with great potential, so I'll bookmark and hope to see more updates soon

I recommend simply google(or search engine of your choice) the names alongside X(Twitter). The ones i mentionend are in their early stages or have no current translation.

To Kill a Fairy Tale is mostly a demo which released recently
AlmasPerdidas is in a very early phase
Same for BS Outreach
Journey of Wind and Memory is playable but in chinese
Hunting down BS Darkest Nightmare is a slog because it isnt on the usual sites or at least i didnt find it
NPC Dreams is on this site

Plus the dozens of projects and early devslogs i found simply from X(Twitter) as the users/devs follow each other projects & retweet/share it. Seriously i only scratched the surface yesterday.
Honestly if would been even easier if we could still see likes because usually thats where you could also find the stuff Toro keeps an eye on regarding fancreations.
Seriously the spike in fan creations where seemingly all of them decided to create their fangames/mods at similar timeframes is weird.
Maybe some streamer played it & raised awareness? Only time will tell how many of these projects survive or make it at all.

N.P.C.DREAM is blacksouls inspired games too,and I recommend it
