Since it could be a game where a character (anyone) steals the harem from the protagonist of the series, and be a success for practically everyone, they decided on the most unoriginal idea and playing from the perspective of the cuckolded protagonist of the series. .. very sad.

Copy strikes don't matter for the most part with porn games, the only time I have even seen it come up is the bowserxpeach game and all they had to do was put the nintendo parts as a mod or whatever they did. It was super simple and just replaced the main game assets (both had the exact same scenes and such just different names and slightly different images to avoid copyrighted).
But even then that was only because it was nintendo. I have literally never seen this happen with another porn game with characters that are copyrighted.

I think I heard a pokemon game got axed a few years back from copy strikes too. Not sure if a Disney game got hit, but that wouldn't surprise me either.

Being quite honest, any ecchi harem anime with monsters and whatnot assaulting the female characters in the harem (like the tentacles of the beach episode), feels like closeted ntr.

I think it was a porn pokemon and he got hit with lawsuits or something so he either took it down or revamped it a lot..
didn't heard of that one, though they did go hard after pokemon gemme (i think, not too sure of the tittle :/ ) it was a normal version, there was just some variation from the official game, all region were aivable and pokemon could go over lvl99, you aslo had more choice for the mc look and no version restriction for the spawning of pokemon and there was special pension to make the pokemon that only evolve through exchange evolve without it (making it so you could play it solo and still get all pokemons)
