NTR can mean 3 different things; Netorare (which is actually cheating), Netorase (which is cucking) and Netori (which is when the main character fucks other peoples wives)

If a game has NTR in it the next question you should ask is what type of NTR.

Someone else got into the various forms of NTR and why the tag is both appropriate and limited (https://f95zone.to/threads/torrid-tales-v0-7-2-jwbnovels.13981/post-4443976), so I will just address the qualification of NTR/Cuckolding and the preference for consent in the mix.

First, I also prefer this flavor of NTR where it is all consensual and for the benefit of the relationship. But that isn't the point. Nonconsensual NTR does exist and it's usually pretty awful in reality. I think alternatives are more highly scored because it is harder to pull off nonconsent in a game in a realistic and - more importantly - interesting and enjoyable manner. That doesn't mean there is not a place for it, just that it is usually poorly done. Blackmail, drugs, and other methods immediately put the NTR on an unrealistic path, as in most cases, it's usually simple selfishness that's the impetus.

Now this is a game about supernatural outside influence, but horniness is not the only emotional state that could trigger NTR.
