No, Dev explained multiple times in the other game threads that the "window" option is a remnant of the old code that he's not able to delete and/or activate

The game has 3 speeds (lower left corner, or numebrs 1,2,3). Default at the start is 2. So if you press 1 or button with one arrow, it will go slower. There is also pause.
