That’s worse for me tbh. Games like this I like to play as created/nameable MCs, having pre named MCs or playing as established characters(in a parody) takes me completely out of it.

A dumb stipulation for porn games, I know...

just do what I do when I play a game where I cant make my own character and that is use my imagination and just ignore certain thing like how flat earthers ignore reality except easer

yeah, in Totally spies, think of Jerry as a mix between Bruce Wayne, and Charlie from Charlie's angels. Only they're also totally spies, haha.
But yeah., not govt funded - Jerry funded.

No, you're thinking of Terrence Lewis, Jerry's Twin brother. Tim Scam was a recurring villain that was actually pretty straight forward with his goals. He wasn't a "Themed" villain if that makes sense. Brilliant weapon and gadget developer who was a high ranking WOOHP agent before he sold out some tech some twenty years earlier to betray the group and make money, essentially turning the organization into a hard line business.
