From the official website:

Please follow the instruction of "readme.txt" to install additional costume set.
"Touch The Girl - Soft version V1.02" is required to install.

OK I'm a bit confused. If I download this will it be censored? All I want to do is touch the girl, so if it's censored then I can't touch the girl and then the game must be renamed to something ridiculous. Any idea's on a name guys? (lol this should be fun)

Same. I was honestly hoping for actual kissing, aswell as being able to go all the way with your hands & finger her alongside prodding/rubbing. Combine that with a mouthgag, cum not magically disappearing, more outfits, & giving her a modifiable personality, & you'd have a near perfect (but still simple) game.
