Happened here as well, stuck in the loading screen for a while. Was able to get it working by extracting in Jap through winrar (CTRL + e)

Yes, this also fixed it for me. Just doesn't want to load in Windows 10 for any number of reasons...

The new 3d style is trash, the fingering mechanic got completely ruined and it is just harder to play. The dev should go back to the old style
