There's a different ending for freeing all the monks, and freeing all of the monks + doing all of the side content on the floor.

My favorite had to be Yvonne because of the boot based content (wish there were more opportunities to smell the boot outside of the minigame and the off chance in battle). My least favorite has to be either lily not because she's awful it's just that I like milfs more, Karen because she is way too extreme in the fetish aspects and lack of content to win me over, and the 7th floor mistress because she is not out and will never be out so as far as I care has no content because of the lack of existance (I know about the teasers but they don't count)
