RPG Maker XP, RPG MV,RPG MZ,RPG Vx ace,RMVX,SRPG,wolf RPG,etc......all are RPG in general.

ToT seems to be RPG Maker VX Ace (or maybe earlier). I recommend using RPG Maker MV or MZ (they are newer and use JavaScript for scripting - unless your really like Ruby, which is the language used by VX Ace).
